TEN YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

If the surface pile of the carpet wears more than an average of 10% from ordinary use within 10 years of original indoor installation, we will replace all worn material with equivalent carpeting. This warranty is not transferable, and it only applies to carpeting (stairs excluded), for which wear, if any, is not attributable to improper installation (seam sealer must be used on all seams), maintenance, or cleaning agents or methods, tears, burns, pills or cuts; use in location of which carpeting is not intended or designed and is inappropriate; or any other cause or reason beyond manufacturer's control. Crushing, matting, and soiling are not considered characteristics of wear. The extent of wear will be determined by an independent agency.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Specifications are derived from normal manufacturing tolerances in yarn, fiber, temperature, and humidity, and may vary within normal industry tolerances. Performance is not affected by such variances which may be up to five percent.

All seams must be sealed with an appropriate seam sealer to prevent edge fray, yarn raveling, delamination and general deterioration of seams.

Chair pads are necessary under office chairs with roller casters to preserve appearance retention, act as a deterrent toward delamination and to avoid premature or accelerated wear out.

Due to yarn variations, actual merchandise is not guaranteed to exactly match the sample shown.

Walk off mats are suggested at outdoor exposure entrances

As with all patterned carpet, a perfect match at seams may not be obtainable; therefore we have established an acceptable tolerance of 2 inches of pattern distortion in 12 feet. This tolerance is relative to bowing, skewing, pattern repeat and/or diagonal bias. The quality of the pattern match at the seams relies greatly on the installer's expertise, consequently, we will not accept any responsibility or liability of the quality of the pattern at seams.

Cut pile carpet is subject to pile directions that are referred to as shading, pooling, pile reversal and watermarking. Although this phenomena is not completely understood, it is not considered a manufacturing defect, therefore claims for this condition will not be honored.

Colored graphic patterned carets will sometimes give the appearance of being banded or streaked. This is an optical illusion and is considered normal. Appearance will improve with usage. Complaints or claims of this nature will not be honored.
