Custom Capabilities

Hagaman Carpets has built its business by providing our customers with EXACTLY what they need to satisfy their clients’ design needs.  We invite you to use your imagination in selecting colors, face weights, yarn systems, and backings.  In fact, we can provide you a quote for ANY custom need… just give us a call. Following are some examples of custom programs we offer.

CUSTOM COLOR

You can choose from over 350 patterns in our Custom Pattern Brochure, select the colors you need for your project, and we will expedite a strike off to your specifications.  We can custom color for as little as a 12’ x 50’ (67 sq. yards) in our Dealer’s Resource collection.

CUSTOM PATTERNS

If your project calls for a pattern we don't currently offer, let us make your pattern for you!

CUSTOM FACE WEIGHTS

We feel confident in our the durability of our standard 36 oz product, however, spike proof, soft spike resistant, extreme traffic, and harsh environments are specific needs you may have to address with heavier face weights.  We keep greige inventory in 42 oz. and 55 oz. product, but we can tuft to whatever your job requires.

CUT PILE WOOL

Many of today’s better projects may call for a wool spec.  Any of our custom patterns can be applied to wool.  Hagaman will produce your custom-colored wool pattern in a fraction of the time it takes to import a woven wool, and for a fraction of its cost, and still give your customer the luxury and prestige of a wool installation. More About Wool

CARPET COVE BASE

A perfect accent to your carpet installation is to offer a solid color or patterned carpet cove.  Hagaman can dye to match a color from your design and fabricate carpet cove for your job.

AREA RUGS

Hagaman’s patterns lend themselves IDEALLY as an area rug base.  We will gladly fabricate rugs from ANY in stock pattern you choose.

ATTACHED CUSHION

Hagaman can apply an attached cushion, “Epic-18”, to any custom or in-stock pattern you choose.  Attached cushion is perfect to address any requests you may have for “double-stick” installations, large open office situations, floor plans with heavy concentrations of traffic, or any job where you and your customer would like to extend the effective life of the carpet.
